A matrix is an environment or structure in which something originates or develops-- that's who we are...we are an environment, a community where people are empowered to develop their impact leadership in the community with a strong foundation of a healthy lifestyle and practice.

As a certified yoga teacher, I’ve had the gift of mentoring hundreds of people over the years. My practice of yoga began as a teenager and over the years I developed a depth of experience, appreciation, expansion, and connection that I wanted to share with others. What often begins as a physical wellbeing opportunity develops into an integrated life balance. The practice transcends the time on the mat into all areas of life empowering growth, awareness, depth of character, and being with the present moment, and learning to love what is while creating from a future fulfilled with a strong foundation to stand on!!
